Entity Responsible for the Treatment of Personal Data

 

WISE Consulting - Consultadoria e Engenharia do Valor, SA. (hereinafter referred to as WISE Consulting) is the entity responsible for the processing of personal data, whether automated or not, from collection, organization, conservation to disposal. WISE Consulting knows and complies with the rules for the processing of personal data, which are currently provided for in Regulation (EU) 2016/679, of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016.

WISE Consulting has appointed a data protection officer, who can be contacted directly by letter sent to RGPD - WISE Consulting, address Avenida  da Republica 44 3ºDto, 1050-194 Lisboa or email address geral@wiseconsulting.pt.

The personal data of WISE Consulting's Clients / Workers / Suppliers are processed because they are necessary for the conclusion and execution of the contract, for the fulfillment of legal obligations imposed on WISE Consulting, for the pursuit of legitimate interests of WISE Consulting or because they were the subject of consent. The data identified in the Contract as being of mandatory supply are essential to the contractual relationship by the company. The omission or inaccuracy of this data or other information provided by the Client / Worker / Supplier is your sole responsibility.

The personal data provided by the Client / Worker / Supplier or generated by the use of the service will be processed and stored by computer, intended to be used by the company for: marketing and sales, customer management and service provision, accounting, tax and administrative management , litigation management, fraud detection, revenue and audit protection, network and systems management, information security and physical security control, operator management and compliance with legal obligations.

The processing of data for marketing purposes will be carried out according to the consent option expressed by the Client / Worker / Supplier. Consent must be prior, free, informed, specific and unambiguous, expressed in a written declaration or through the validation of an option. The Customer / Worker / Supplier may object to the processing of data for marketing purposes at any time and by any means.

The personal data of the Client / Worker / Supplier may be included in the lists and services of third parties, provided that the Client / Worker / Supplier gives its consent.

​

Personal data are kept for different periods of time, depending on the purpose for which they are intended and taking into account legal criteria, necessity and minimization of the retention time. In particular with regard to invoices, these data may be kept until the end of the period during which the invoice can be legally contested or the payment is claimed, or for the periods legally defined for the purpose of investigations and legal actions of a criminal nature.

The company may use subcontractors for the purposes of the processing of personal data, namely for client management, service provision, billing and litigation management, these entities being obliged to develop the technical and organizational measures appropriate to data protection and ensure the defend rights of the holder. In certain circumstances, certain personal data may have to be communicated to public authorities, such as tax authorities, courts and security forces.

The Customer / Worker / Supplier is guaranteed the right of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, limitation and portability of their personal data. The exercise of rights can be requested by means of a written request sent to WISE Consulting, headquartered at Avenida  da Republica 44 3ºDto, 1050-194 Lisboa or at the email address geral@wiseconsulting.pt.

Without prejudice to the possibility of complaining to the company, the Customer / Worker / Supplier can make a complaint directly to the supervisory authority, whose contact details can be requested from WISE Consulting.

The Client / Worker / Supplier can obtain complete and updated information on the privacy policy and treatment of personal data of WISE Consulting, available at www.wiseconsulting.pt, namely regarding the categories of data processed, the purposes and legitimacy for the treatment, conservation periods and the exercise of rights.

​

The above identified numbers are intended to comply with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April (General Data Protection Regulation), so they will only apply from 25 May 2018 .
